Uputstvo za osobe koje su boravile ili dolaze iz Italije (pokrajine Lombardija i Veneto)

U cilju postizanja efikasnog odgovora na epidemiju izazvanu novim Corona virusom, preporučuje se osobama koje su u zadnjih 14 dana boravile ili dolaze iz Italije (pokrajine Lombardija i Veneto), da se jave dežurnom epidemiologu putem telefona +387 62 086 282, radi uzimanja epidemioloških podataka i savjetovanja o daljem postupanju. Do tada se savjetuje kućna izolacija.

U slučaju pojave respiratornih simptoma (povišena tjelesna temperatura, kašalj i otežano disanje) savjetuje se pozivanje na broj telefona +387 62 086 282, na koji će se javiti dežurni epidemiolog i obavijestiti mobilni tim Doma zdravlja ili Zavoda za hitnu medicinsku pomoć, koji će doći na adresu, obaviti pregled i odrediti dalje postupanje. Do dolaska mobilnog tima savjetuje se ostati kod kuće, i, po mogućnosti poduzeti mjere samoizolacije, s ciljem zaštite zdravlja ukućana (kontakata).

Nadamo da će se ove preporuke ozbiljno shvatiti i primjenjivati s ciljem zaštite zdravlja stanovništva.

To achieve an effective response to the epidemic caused by the new Corona virus, it is recommended that persons who have been or have come from Italy (Lombardy and Veneto provinces) in last 14 days, to contact the epidemiologist on duty by telephone +387 62 086 282 and provide epidemiological information and to consult on further action. Until then, home insolation is advised.

In case of respiratory symptoms (fever, cough and shortness of breath), it is advisable to call an epidemiologist on duty (the number is +387 62 086 282), who will inform the mobile team of the Health Center or the Emergency Medical Personel. The mobile team will come to the address, do an examination of a person and determine further treatment. Until the arrival of the mobile team, it is advisable to stay at home and, if possible, take self-isolation measures to protect the health of the household (contacts).
